I have just returned from a two-week vacation at this hotel, traveling with my friend and her boyfriend. This was a new experience for us, in a new part of Cuba. We went many times to Cayo Coco and other parts of Cuba during the past 25 years. We loved everything about this resort! We spent most of our stay on The Level side, which we highly recommend if you are not traveling with kids! The quality of the rooms, grounds, and services is spectacular. The food is amazing, with 24-hour service and 5-course gourmet meals. The beach has a spectacular view, with mountains on one side, palm trees, and a postcard-worthy sunset. For the sea, I recommend wearing water shoes. For a sandy, perfect beach, there is a 20-minute walk to Playa Ancón. We did not feel the need to do it, maybe next time. [Details]

Everything: quality of rooms, amenities, staff, location.
The weak points
Maybe the rocky beach, but that was not an issue for us. This makes the scenery spectacular. Bring water shoes!

The hotel is clean and very well maintained.
