Tamarindo

Nasty female bartender at lobby bar. Only 2 bars, one open at the time. No hot water for showers. Asked for bottled water in room for coffee one evening...I gather the front staff person did not understand english as she said it was ordered, but nothing ever came....and I don't know how she requested it when she never changed computer screens nor wrote anything down. Fraction of the staff from last year. Fraction of the people too! Tania booked our Japanese a la carte in wrong week....we were not impressed as she verbally told us it was the right date. The lettuce under the spring rolls at that a la carte was so rusty it should NEVER have been served.
