Rocky beach at hotel and no shade ; required to go to Rocky Cay , but great for snorkelling which is why we liked it.

It was my third time at the San Luis
what can i say i love the place!
I love the island itself the people are terrific its all positive. For the picky , snobby, prima donnas , its not for you! If your an easy going,outgoing, Adventurous person well its for you.

Great hotel but bad location

The people that worked at the hotel were lovely but the location is rather off, unless you want to stay on teh resort the entire time. Too far form the main city. Overall, we had a great time but only because we tried to look past the bad location! [Details]

The strong points

The way in which the hotel was built amongst the trees was beautiful!

The weak points

The entire hotel was split into 3 sections and this made it difficult to meet with people that we had just met. Also, the beach area was very small in width and too close to the road side! The shows were rather lame as well!
