Poor and Unprofesional Staff ad Service
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY
The property is located on the main road, walking distance from the city center, however the staff at the counter are very rude, unprofessional and seem to be untrained.
When I asked for the details of the room that we had booked, I was told straight in my face by the check in staff who had a smirk smile on her face -
QUOTE
"You have booked it online and you've picked the worst room in our hotel"
UNQUOTE
On asking for details, she went on to "explain" me that since I booked through Expedia, the hotel is paying commission to them, had I booked directly with the hotel, I could have got a better deal and maybe even an upgrade.
I am a travel professional and even showed her my IATA card, to which she replied that their hotel does not recognizes and such organizations.
The matter was brought to the notice of the manager, who said she will look into it, however, no one from the hotel has ever contacted me !
