Beautiful Place

Les points forts

Food was excellent. Lots of choices and variety to choose from. Staff were friendly. Our butlers, Ferguson and Rochel were great. They were helpful and dealt with any issues we had. Beautiful, well kept grounds. Great relaxing spot. Beautiful beach.

Les points faibles

Some parts need a little TLC. Smaller pool had tiles missing and could use a good cleaning. Wood railings and decks neec some updating/replacing. The smell of rotting seaweed at the Hurricane Hole needs to be looked into.

The hotel staff were professional and friendly and very detail oriented. They helped us with everything we needed from wine glasses, to replacing a lightbulb to extra hangers, etc. Not a great spot if you have mobility issues as there are a few slanted hills but that wasn't an issue for us. We did come home with a ton of mosquito bites which was frustrating. [Détails]

Les points forts

The spa! Very expensive and I was expected to tip on top of a $300 Cdn 50 min deep tissue massage - but the massage was wonderful and done by Nadine who is definitely highly skilled.

No direct beach access.
