Viva Miches by Wyndham has a modern design and midsize layout, catering to travellers seeking a tranquil environment away from heavily trafficked tourist centres. The property is set in the serene, less commercialized area of Miches, offering a peaceful alternative to busier destinations. The resort's design is walkable, with convenient access to the beach and essential facilities. While not positioned as a luxury resort, the property is consistently tries to strive and deliver excellent value, especially for families and couples who prioritize convenience and a range of activities over premium amenities. The biggest annoyance that I feel is guests who reserve beach chairs with their towels so early in the morning and then do not show up until late in the morning or afternoon. I did wish the resort staff would enforce their rules regarding that. The staff at Viva Miches is described as friendly, helpful, and attentive, from the front desk to housekeeping. The entertainment team is especially energetic and enthusiastic. However, my observation is that the staff at the main bar did not display the same level of energy or respect, resulting in lengthy waits for drinks. Areas for Improvement: Feedback regarding the cleanliness of plastic cups used at the main, pool, and beach bars is common among guests. While the use of plasticware is standard at poolside and beachfront locations for safety reasons, I do think that its use at the main bar detracts from the overall guest experience and perceived star rating. Provide disposable, eco-friendly cups as an alternative when glassware is not feasible, reducing concerns about hygiene and environmental impact. The
