Disneys Wilderness Lodge

We started with an umpleasant situation when we got to the room. We booked triple occupancy but the room has only 2 queen size beds. We were expecting to have an extra bed for the third person.When we called the office, they told us that they can provide an air mattress for $15.00/day. Not only was there an extra charge but there is no room to put the mattress as the room was very small. We finally asked for the manager to deal with our dilema and they decided to move us to Polynesian Resort which accommodated an extra bed. The manager's name Gina made the arrangements to move everything without additional cost. She was very helpfuland very prompt. We didn't wait for a long time to be transferred.
We were put in a room at Polynesian Resort facing the water right accross Magic Kingdom where we can see the fireworks every night. It turned out well. But we find the front line people not so knowleageable when it comes to the different transportation options outside of the Disney parks. But overall it was a great experience. [Détails]
