Our room with a view wasn't ready the first night but that didn't matter as we arrived at 11:30pm....we were told to call down by 11am....that turned into later! They sent a bell boy and he helped us move to the 7th floor [Détails]

Beautiful rooms....fully stocked....clean...coffee/latte machines on 5th/7th floors. Concierge very friendly. Showers in gym available after you have checked out and before flying out if later flight.

Just not having our room available. Having to move a bit of a pain. Packing up again.

We stayed for three nights.Will definitely return. Location was so convenient. Staff were very professional, friendly and efficient. Beautiful rooms. Not having a restaurant was not an issue as their breakfast buffet was lovely.Nice casino with very attentive service from the lounge staff. [Détails]
