Best Western Plus Pavilions

Great customer service. Check in and out were very quick which was nice. Had issues with our bathtub and sink, they sent a handyman out late at night (right as soon as we were back from Disneyland) he fixed it right away and was super nice. Beds were a bit small for myself and my husband to stay in together which was disappointing. Nice grab and go breakfast (Red delicious apple, yogurt, granola bar, and juice was awesome), nice change from the regular toast/muffin other hotels offer. Love staying on this side of Disneyland since it is a much prettier walk than the other side of the park (Lots of pretty palm trees, Christmas lights on the trees, super clean and you get to walk through Downtown Disney which is very nice and fun) [Détails]

All staff were extremely nice and helpful. The biggest point that stands out at the Best Western Pavilions is the cleanliness. The rooms were as expected and very clean and nice, but the pool area especially was spotless and kept in such a manner all day long. [Détails]

I would defiantly stay here again. Room was clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The Denny's right next door could use some TLC but was great to have a restaurant right there. [Détails]
