O2 Beach Club And Spa

What was great ... The staff! Friendly and soft spoken, always ready to lend a helping hand. Bartenders were super fun & entertaining. The Beach! Small but quiet - always able to find a seat. Water was very rough though so don't recommend to families with small children. Sunset was breathtaking every single evening. The weather! Hot but always a beautiful breeze. Didn't rain until we were in the van headed to the airport for departure. It felt like the island was crying to see us going. ha! The room! Clean & view from the balcony was breathtaking. Lots of room for the three of us - shower was amazing. The food and drinks! Lots of variety to keep everybody happy. Seafood and Italian buffet were the best. Omelettes in the morning were delicious. Only had one bad meal at Oro - WAY too much salt & it was inedible - filled up on bread & wine. What needs improvement ... Entertainment - kinda the same thing every night - female singers doing disco and/or power ballads - felt repetitive - evening was over by 10pm so not for the party animals Sound proofing in the room - thankfully the guests were pretty quiet but one night there was an epic fight with a drunk woman screaming at the top of her lungs for well over an hour - kept us all wide awake - easy to hear kids up at the crack of dawn as well What was not good ... Smoking Section Location - this was the worst thing as the smoking section is right by the pool so while lounging you are engulfed in cigarette smoke the entire time (there was a big group that were cigar smokers which was even worse) - I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone who is super sensitive to smoking The pull out couch - this was super uncomfortable for my daughter, they need to upgrade this as it gave her a sore back - for the price, the pull out couch should be comfortable [Détails]

ORO WAS VERY GOOD, too many buffets, never changed menus in the 2 weeks we were there. The buffet @ BLUE FIN no hand rails or nothing to hold on to for handicap people,I had hard time using & the food was never hot onlytepid. Lunches there were good.
