Check in was good, Roberto was very helpful & kind. The hotel itself is lovely. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we loved the view. (Room 508). We loved the location, and the ease of getting around the city. They have done a great job of maintenance with the hotel, and I hope that continues as we plan to return one day soon. The breakfast options were good as well. Great variety. Had one issue of being charged for snacks that were actually not in our room upon arrival, but came back to our room one day to find a bill for chips & nuts we never saw nor consumed. I quickly resolved the issue with front desk. I just think the actually employee who takes care of this, should ensure they do their job correctly, as I do not like unexpected charges for services, and or items I did not have the opportunity to choose to use/consume in the first place. Pool was good, although the wait staff on most days didn't seem to cater to the pool side guests who wanted to order food & or drinks, and service seemed slow some days, but overall the pool is a bonus for the hotel. Checking out was delightful as well by Ali, he too just like Roberto upon check in were courteous, friendly & efficient. I should add I actually booked two rooms, as I had brought my in laws with us - Their room as well was clean, spacious & comfortable (Room 716).
