An older hotel; it's well kept. Free DVD rentals and PlayStation 3s show this best. When you pay a $20/day resort fee to pay for these unused services though, it hurts a bit. No daily housekeeping still since the pandemic.
Services on site are convenient, and a shopping Center across the street covered the rest. Bus route and car rentals nearby. The beach in front of the hotel is steep and the water's rocky. The pool is preferable. Kaanapali beach isn't far away though. The beaches are never too crowded. [Détails]

Fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever needed; special thanks to housekeeping...always had a smile. The grounds were clean and always well maintained during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again. [Détails]

Thos hotel was better in person than on the web page. Not that the web page was bad it was just once we got there it was nicer than we thought. It might just be how the pictures were taken. Over all it was awesome. the beach is super close. Loved the view from our room. We will be returning in October forsure and cannot wait. :) [Détails]

Had a great stay, service was good, Had concerns that the sprayed for insects in the room while we stayed there, also room cleaning not the greatest. no complaints about towel supply though. [Détails]
