All very good other than a couple of the desk staff (female) who were kind of cold. Aaron on the concierge desk and his assistants were most friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was pricey, but still friendly. The maid service was very good, and again friendly. [Détails]

We had a small room, but loved it! I have stayed in many Outrigger hotels in Hawaii in the past from Ala Terrace, Coral Seas, Edgewater, Outrigger Waikiki Surf, Outrigger Surf, Outrigger West, Outrigger Malie Skycourt, etc. Out of my 59 trips to Hawaii over the years, most have been spent in Outrigger properties. Amazing location, very central to everything. Having the trolley system to use was unexpected but great to get around on if you didn't have a car. Staff were very friendly and helpful.. they even store your luggage when you check out early and you have a later flight! Awesome shopping, busy beach but if you walk further down it's more relaxed.
