The staff at the hotel were amazing. They went above and beyond any expectations I had. They were courteous, friendly, helpful and so much more. I am gluten intolerant, the staff had excellent recommendations, I will have to return to try some more of the recommended restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel. In the heart of downtown Victoria. The staff love their job and it shows in the extras touches provided for me i.e.: Epson salts and orange juice, water, marking places to see on maps that were handy. [Détails]
