The hotel was great! And the fact that you can also use the ammenaties at the Trade Winds Grand resort just down the beach makes it even better! Staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is great! Perfect place for families and singles, would gladly recommend to everyone! [Details]

Hotel was very good, staff excellent, any problems quickly resolved. Main problems were: on-site laundry unavailable during our stay - steep price ($300) charged at the car rental desk to exchange from package deal which gave two small vehicles to one larger vehicle instead - hotel location was not as convenient to places we wanted to visit - we thought package included a dolphin cruise and it did not. Did not use Food/ Restaurants. [Details]

Friendly and helpful staff! Cannot comment on food onsite as we did not use the restaurant(s).

The weak points

No laundry, costly vehicle exchange, unclear package inclusions (we thought a dolphin cruise was included and it was not).
