The strong points

Clean,well kept rooms,excellent pool and play area and a large restaurant.

The weak points

The front desk upon check in didn't key in our park passes to our wristbands so our first day at Magic Kingdom was 2 hours of waiting and having to go back to the hotel and missed our first day

hotel is lovely. very cute rooms. however be prepared to spend a TON on food and drinks at the hotel. 2.50$USD for a piece of fruit, 3.50$USD for a cup of coffee. They do offer a refillable mug for pop or coffee for 18.99$ unlimited during your stay so go with that. Buses are great and run frequently. Beds are comfortable and hotel in general was quiet. Art of Animation...The Family Suite is well worth the cost with an extra bathroom and separate room for mom and dad. Recommend Building 4 lakeview top floor for quiet. Overall, the building well cared for and clean. There are a lot of character statues and painted animation to keep the eyes busy and the clients amused. Carpet could be replaced it is well worn. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms beautiful. [Details]

Clean. Small walk to main building for food and front desk. Fun pool. Suite=awesome extra bathroom. Clean! Staff helpful.

The weak points

Carpet needs replacing. (hallway carpets are dingy) Food-often long waits, average food, little variety day to day. Very limited Wi-Fi throughout the building and in the room.
